Karen’s Approach to Holistic Health

Karen’s Holistic Health focuses on achieving wellness of the whole person – addressing physical, nutritional and emotional needs.  The definition of “holistic” refers to the integration of body, mind, and spirit, using whole food, (preferably in their natural state), and different dietary approaches, (without drugs), to bring balance to all these aspects of the human body. This idea of wellness in balance describes services offered by Karen’s Holistic Health, as clients are transformed inside and out. Services include one-on-one or group coaching, yoga classes, nutritional guidance and more.

Karen Carter is a board certified holistic and nutrition coach, has a Master’s of Science Degree in holistic nutrition and is a Certified 500 Hour yoga teacher. She couples her certifications and education with her passion for helping others live a healthy, happy lifestyle and creates individual total wellness plans.
